Annual Kilmihil Festival of Fun over the August Bank Holiday Weekend. Fun for all the family, Bonamh racing, working vintage rally, festival parade, inflatable city, stunt bikes, field day and lots more.
Visitors can look forward to various sporting events, The weekend kicks off with the much-loved Marty Coen football tournament in the GAA pitch on Friday evening. St. Pats host a super soccer tournament on Saturday morning followed by the ever popular Dan O Halloran 5k fun run /walk. A definite highlight last year was the kid’s tractor run on Saturday afternoon at Kilmihil National School. It returns this year for more organised chaos!
Juvenile football, soccer, 5k family fun run, kiddies tractor run, Treasure hunt, ball run, bonamh racing, craft fair, vintage rally, parade, stunt bikes, inflatable city, field day, dinky diggers, tractor balancing, pet farm, birds of prey, laser shooting, barbeque and refreshments. The essence of the Festival of Fun as always is the local community and this year’s event is no different. We are delighted to partner with various sporting and community associations to deliver a catalogue of events with something that caters for all.
