His handcrafted baked goods change daily, with favourites like brown soda bread, buttery scones, and mini blueberry muffins often making an appearance. Then, choose from a thoughtfully curated à la carte menu featuring dishes made to order, each one carefully prepared using the finest local ingredients. Breakfast is available to in house residents.

Marian brings her own touch of magic to the experience, running front of house with genuine warmth and ease. She’s always ready to share her local knowledge, whether it’s booking a ferry to the Aran Islands, recommending a hidden trail, or pointing you to the best spot for live music that night.
