Stay at the Wild Honey Inn and dine in a Michelin Star pub. These individually styled rooms are open seasonally from March to October. They offer country chic interiors and are furnished using locally sourced antique and vintage finds.
All rooms are decorated using luxurious touches including duck-down duvets, Egyptian cotton sheets, hand-woven throws, glossy magazines, free WiFi, TV or digital radio. They have a range of rooms in the old house with beautiful views over the fields and surrounding countryside. The three ground-floor rooms overlook the garden, each with its terrace. All the accommodation has a calm and relaxing feel with comfy beds.
Breakfast is served in the bright and airy breakfast room which overlooks the garden. The menu consists of local and seasonal produce. Wild Honey Inn was the first pub in Ireland to be awarded a Michelin Star from the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland. Chef/owner Aidan is a classically trained chef with a wealth of knowledge and experience in cooking both in Ireland and abroad. His cooking is light in style but very much informed by the classics. His philosophy is simple, sourcing the finest, freshest seasonal produce from the waters and the wild of Ireland’s natural larder, and cooking them simply to highlight the flavours of the produce.
