The Burren Mountain Retreat is one of the distinctive offerings, which combines yoga sessions with guided walks on a privately owned Burren farm mountain. During this retreat, participants engage in yoga practices led by Colette, surrounded by panoramic views of the Burren’s unique limestone landscape. This setting allows for deep connection with nature and self. Following the yoga session, Oliver guides participants on a walk down the mountain, providing insights into the areas rich geological and ecological features.

Exploring The Farm Retreat

A two-hour experience that begins with a gentle morning yoga flow in the purpose-built studio overlooking the farms green spaces. This is then followed by a guided walk & bird watching along the River Fergus and near-by lakes, culminating in a mindfulness lunch in the studios biodiversity gardens. This retreat provides participants with an intimate experience of farm life at the gateway to the Burren.

Facilities and Location

The Studio is nestled within a working farm, surrounded by biodiversity and sensory gardens accessible to all students. Free parking is available in a large, secure, well-lit area. The location offers easy access from Corofin village and surrounding areas, including Ennis and Lahinch on the Wild Atlantic Way. Corofin itself features traditional pubs, bars, cafes, supermarkets and a post office, enhancing the overall experience for visitors.
