Lark in Ennis aims to be the premier Camp for Adult learners of Irish Traditional Music, happening immediately before the Fleadh Núa!

Lark in Ennis is a Camp for Adult learners of Irish Traditional Music, Song, and Dance. In 2024 we will be hosting a proof-of-concept version with 13 classes limited to 10 students per class. We are very lucky to have a superb faculty for this inaugural year, including:

Dermot Byrne teaching C#/D Box
Sean McComisky teaching B/C Box
Brenda Castles teaching Concertina

Marla Fibish teaching Mandolin
Stephanie Keane teaching Sean-nós Dance
Nuala Kennedy teaching Song
Eamon O’Leary teaching Bouzouki
John Skelton teaching Flute
Students will enjoy two 90-minute masterclasses per day with their instructor, plus Trad Talks and/or Secret Concerts at lunchtime, the option to visit the Cliffs or the Burren over lunch, a full Session Trail in the evenings and a Faculty Concert at Glór on the Wednesday night. Limited public tickets will be made available for lunchtime activities and for the Faculty Concert
