At Aileen’s, the menu has a strong focus on seafood, showcasing both premium and lesser-known local fish. Many dishes are presented simply, reflecting a contemporary style of cooking that allows the quality of the ingredients to shine.
Aileen’s also serves as the focal point for produce from Armada Farm. Naturally grown vegetables and seaweed-nurtured harvests from the farm accompany dishes when available, bringing a distinctive local connection to the menu. A carefully curated wine list, selected by Sommelier Charlie Estrada, complements the food offering.
The restaurant is proud to keep things close to home. Fish is sourced from a supplier just 15km away, while Armada Farm, located only 2km from the restaurant, provides fresh seasonal produce.
Aileen’s is centred on exceptional ingredients prepared with simplicity and flavour. Whether cooked over charcoal, lightly cured, or pan-seared with just a touch of seasoning, the fish is served in a way that lets the quality of the produce speak for itself.
