Our bar has been named in honour and memory of the Welsh poet Dylan Thomas and his historic link with Ennistymon House, which later became the Falls Hotel. The hotel bar and lobby accommodates a lot of related memorabilia of the early days of Dylan Thomas and his wife Caithlin MacNamara’s life as well as that of the MacNamara family. The Dylan Thomas Bar displays the original stonework of the manor house and overlooks the panoramic views of the Cascades on the River Inagh.

A full carvery menu with a wonderful selection of hot food, is served daily from 12.30 – 2.30pm with an extended carvery available until 4pm on Sundays. We also have a light bites menu with sandwiches & salads served Monday – Saturday from 12.30pm – 3pm. A full a al carte bar food menu is also available daily from 3pm until 9pm (9.30pm on Fridays, Saturdays & bank holiday Sundays). Our team of chefs pride themselves in providing delicious and varied menus using local produce where possible. As a family business, we love to support local and smaller food suppliers. Food traceability and sustainability is important to us. Our beef, lamb and pork products are all Irish. Our fish and seafood are supplied by Star Seafoods in Kerry and is Irish whenever possible. The majority of our suppliers are in the Clare, Limerick & Kerry areas.
