Pot Duggans combines quality drinks and delicious food with a riverside terrace, a cosy courtyard, and gorgeous barns.
Head chef, Ashley Gribben, has much experience locally and abroad. As a Ballymaloe alumnus, Ashley immersed herself in London’s infamous Ottolenghi Kitchens, where she learned a deep love and understanding of Middle Eastern food. You may recognise her from behind the stove in Little Fox Ennistymon or covered in flour and lashing out the sourdough loaves at Hugo’s in Lahinch.
She has now gone back to her roots, cooking with middle east influences and serving food that comes from her heart. Expect big, bold, fresh flavours using the best Irish ingredients!
